HIIT is a great class for intermediate trainees. It consists of a 60-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) based routine geared towards building lean muscle mass and reducing unwanted body fat! This class with have progressions over an eight-week period to maximize your strength and conditioning. Recommended for all fitness levels!
