Kickboxing classes combine boxing and martial arts to help tone and trim physiques. Learn the basics of stances, footwork, and different punches that are used in boxing and self-defense. Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching and is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
Recommended for all fitness levels!
