Kevin helps clients set goals and push their limits both mentally and physically to reach them. Kevin’s training styles vary from Military Style Bootcamp, Functional Training, Adventure Race Training, Obstacle Race Fitness, and Triathlon Training. Kevin is unique because he trains 24/7.  He has been training for 20 years. Kevin is an instructor in CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration, & Lifeguard. He is certified through ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) & Spartan Group X.

Fri 5:30 am - 9 pm
Sat 7 am - 7 pm
Sun 7 am - 4 pm.
