Kevin’s training styles vary from Military Style Bootcamp, Functional Training, Adventure Race Training, Obstacle Race Fitness, and Triathlon Training. Kevin is unique because he trains 24/7. He has been training for 20 years. Kevin is an instructor in CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration, & Lifeguard. He is certified through ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) & Spartan Group X.
