Massage
We provide high quality massage services in an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
Choose from the following types of massages: Therapeutic, Sweedish, Basalt Hot Rock, Sport, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy. Book in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Please call the club to scheudule your massage today. Massage services are available to non members as well.

Personal Training
One-on-one personal training sessions. We also offer two-fit training sessions for couples who want to workout out together.

Our Juice bar has the perfect drink for you. Whether its a pre-work out boost, post-workout recovery, or fat burning accelerator, we have something for everyone.

This class incorporates running and basic body weight exercises. We will attack steep hills, lots of stairs, and grassy fields throughout the city of Providence! *Alternate indoor workout for bad weather days*
Indoor cycling classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
Kickboxing classes combine boxing and martial arts to help tone and trim physiques. Learn the basics of stances, footwork, and different punches that are used in boxing and self-defense. Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching and is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Recommended
Stretch out following your workout and build up core strength in this 30-minute Ab class. Recommended for all fitness levels!
