About me: It takes a lot of patience, commitment and dedication to reach the top of one’s profession. In addition, it is very difficult to keep one at that level year after year. With that being said, Stephanie has been developing custom workout programs for individuals as well as groups for over 10 years. Her success is largely due to her simple exercises which produce immediate results.

Her clients range from Division 1 Athletes who strive each year to break-through last year’s performance, or Business Professionals who were once athletes that want more of a balance between health, fitness and work life or an individual just learning for the first time how to exercise and appreciate their health. Because of her long list of achievements, Stephanie talks and lives fitness everyday of her life. She fell in love with fitness and now wants to share her love with others who also have the drive and aspiration to become a stronger, motivated and better version of themselves. When she is not working with clients, Stephanie is behind the scenes as she also serves as the Operations Manager at VP Fitness.

About Me: ACE certified personal trainer Been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years,, worked as a group fitness manager, group fitness instructor, spin instructor, personal fitness trainer, Spartan obstacle race training coach, certified stretch lab flexologist and owned and operated my own gym for 10 years.  I have competed and trained in many ultramarathons, triathlons, obstacle races, and have been involved in competitive surfing for over 40 years.

I previously worked as an emergency medical technician, and ocean rescue lifeguard helping others achieve their highest level of fitness, both physical and mental is my main goal!

I have been working as a fitness professional at VP Fitness since the very beginning when they open their doors. VP Fitness is by far the most professional, clean and result driven fitness facility I have had the pleasure of working at in my 30+ years in the fitness industry.
